Some fles are compressed and some are not. Microsoft tech support advised it is causing a problem when trying to load Norton security. Also, it has 2 administrators that contribute to the problem. How do I eliminate an administrator without causing another problem?1 person needs an answerI do too

Are you sure that you have two Administrators?The Administrator sits in the background and can only be accessed in Safe Mode. The facilitity should only be used to control users.
